This week went well except for the over indulging during the weekend. For this week I lost 500 grams :), which is a bit disappointing but a loss is loss and it brings me to a total loss of 3.1 kg in two weeks which I am happy with SW 130.1kg WL 0.5kg (3.1kg) CW 127.0kg
