Okay,
So I took my very first D this morning at 6am. Easily went back to sleep untill around 9:30 and then got up and went for a 45min walk. I wasnt hungry at all during the day, but I put that down to the fact I was occupied packing up my house ready to move out.
I made some fruit salad and ate that around 2:30, late I know, but I was to caught up in my cleaning- how sad!
Had a piece of fish for dinner and went for another walk with my housemates afterward. Around 2L of water for the day as well, which isnt unusual for me anyway, so will drink a bit more before bed.

It's now 8pm and I am starting to get hungry again, but will fight my urge to eat. Im putting this down to the fact that I have only just started, and hope that this goes away soon. Can anyone tell me how long it took them to fully feel the effects of not being hungry, especially at night?

Other than that, and a bit of a dry mouth, I am feeling fine, and excited to continue.
