Hi there - been going great ! Down to 77.5kg's now and feeling fantastic. Been on this for 32 days and will continue until I get to where I need to - then do one day on and one day off just to keep it going to ensure that I have changed my habits. Sleeping fine now - hunger is still very manageable. Exercising 4 times a week - nothing too strenuous - walking 40 mins a day and vibration plate 5 times a week. All round - definitely a great solution for me! Hope everyone is going well and have a great day. Monika

Oh wow, Monika! You’re going great! I see you’re very motivated and hope you will keep this attitude until the end of the course! If you will, I am sure you will reach your goal.
A suggestion: add some other kind of exercises just to make your body look fitter. I am talking, of course, about plank exercises. You don’t need much time for those, and your core will thank you in the end. Just try… it’s hard at the beginning, but you start feeling very proud of yourself every time you add more seconds to the time you hold the plank. Best of luck!
