Good Morning All.

I never knew that getting back onto the wagon would be so difficult. One weekend of eating like a mad person had changed my mind set so badly it's actually unbelievable. But I still kept to the basics and didn't over eat.

I took my last Duromine on Friday and going into a weekend without it wasn't easy. The urge to nibble was very difficult to resist but I did it. I am happy and sad about the Duromine as I know that the nibbles will come back in full swing but I know I am strong enough to say NO the good part about it might be a little to much info but the constipation is slowly subsiding and so, so very, very grateful for that.

I have lost the 1 kilo I pick up last week and almost jumped through the roof when I saw the scale this morning. Including the the 1 kilo loss I have lost a total of 3.7kg this week.
I am very happy and very proud of myself that I could do that. I made it and still had a very good weekend. Less that 40kg to go before I've reached my goal, a feeling I just can not explain to anyone.

I only have 6.6kg to go before hitting my half way point of what I want to loose. I will celebrate that with two pairs of new jeans lol.

Looking forward to read all the updates.

SW 138.9kg
CW 113.6kg
GW 75kg
TL 25.3kg
WTG 38.6kg

You have done a great job.
Can I ask why you are stopping the Duromine?
I'm a bit scared to stop. I have 5 weeks to go before I run out. Like you, I will still have a long way to go before I reach my goal but other health issues are forcing me to have a break. I want to keep going with the D as I feel like I am in control with it and don't feel like I will reach my goals If I stop so far away from them.

I have been on the Duromine for 3 months now. Last month and a bit I was only taking them every second day so that I can get use to not having them anymore. I want to go off because I feel that I am ready to take on the rest of my journey without them. If you don't feel confidant enough to let go of them yet then rather don't. When you mind is in the right place then go off them. You will still reach your goals without them. Remember that the Duromine only takes away your appetite, it doesn't give you the willpower to say no to things and make healthy choices THAT'S ALL YOU!!!

I so much want to be in the mindset that I feel I can do it myself.
You are a great example.
I only think I am reluctant because it is someone else telling me I have to stop and not my own decision.
I admire your strength in doing it your way.
