Two weeks down today!! First week was rough due to bad side affects this week a lot better, I work afternoon shift so am quite tired due to taking d, and late nights
But I started at 88 kilos and am down to 83 which is great, I think gym is helping at the moment three times a week for an hour!!!
I have eaten small portions (well smaller then what I usually eat)
And tried eating a lot better, it is hard due to not liking a lot of things so it's hard to find a meal plan!! If anyone can help me out with it that would be great
