Start weight when my weight loss journey began in June 2014: 114.7kg
Now 88.1kg
Lost so far: 26.6kg
Lost on Duromine: 19.6kg
Yes, another 1.3kg loss for me This has been my last week on D and for the next 3 months, I will be on my own...feeling a bit scared, that I won't be able to continue my weight loss success, but hubby told me this morning, that I need to remember that I lost 7kg on my own, before even starting D in the first place. I know I can do this, en keep it up, because I have such wonderful support from family, friends and all of you. Dr told me to stop jogging for the moment because of my shin pains, and rather do exercise that's not as strenuous on my shins, like brisk walking, stationary bike, or swimming for the next 2 weeks. So, my plan for the next 3 months is to just keep on doing my exercises, keep eating correctly, and to NOT GIVE UP. As simple as that. I will still be weighing in every Friday at my Dr - so that he can keep track of my progress.
My son (10) started with his rugby practice yesterday, and I could see he was having a hard time with the exercises, he is really unfit, but he kept pushing, and after practice, he told me that he did it for me, because he sees me fighting for it en pushing every single day. Wow, that made me teary eyed and with such big shoes to fill, and little eyes to please, how can I ever give up and fail?
Motivation for the week: Imagine yourself a year from now, with the body you've always wanted. All your hard work finally being paid off. Exercise, eat healthy, and stay positive. You will get there!
