Start weight when my weight loss journey began in June 2014: 114.7kg
Now 88.1kg
Lost so far: 26.6kg
Lost on Duromine: 19.6kg
This was my 1st week without any D. I did not manage to lose any weight, but at least I didn't pick up any either
I've had a really bad week, trying to cope without D, I did not expect to feel as hungry, or tired as I did - I would sleep for hours on end, and still wake up tired! I am happy to report that I made the right food choices, I was not even tempted in any way to go back to my old eating habits. I was feeling extremely hungry, but just added some fruit to my snacks, which made me feel fuller longer. The tiredness lasted for a few days, but I'm much better now, and finding my rhythm again. My hubby ended up in hospital because of his low blood pressure, and that took up most of my time, so needless to say, I wasn't able to exercise as much as my body is used to. Dr started me on Relislim today, I will be using this for a month, and then going back on D, for the final +-30kg I need to lose to get to my goal weight. My friend and her hubby also joined the gym this month, so now I have a workout buddy
It's so inspirational when people start turning to you for advice on weight loss...and it's extremely pleasing to share the knowledge I have gained in the past 7 months of my new lifestyle!
Motivation for the week: Whenever you find yourself doubting how far you can go, just remind yourself how far you have come. Remember everything you have faced, all the battles you have won, and all the fears you have overcome. One KG at a time.
