2015 Weigh in - Week 6

Start weight when my weight loss journey began in June 2014: 114.7kg
Now 87.0kg
Lost so far: 27.7kg
Lost on Duromine: 19.6kg

Another 1.1kg loss for me :p

I have been going to the gym every day, and started my gym training program this week. Loving the "burn" after a workout - can you believe it? I have to admit though, that I feel like I pushed harder at home, with my home exercises. Its only week 1 on the program, so lets see how the intensity changes in the coming weeks. I'm on a 12 week program at the moment called LiveFit by Jamie Eason.

I have finally found a lifestyle that keeps me happy, and motivated, and its rubbing off on others, my son has lost 1.3kg this week, and YES, we can all do this without D!

Keep up the good work people, and remember, you are an inspiration to many.

Motivation for the week: Yes, I have lost weight. No, its not easier for me compared to others. Its called working your but off for what you want......so, how bad do you want it?
Fitness is not a one time thing. You will never be done with your goals, when you finish them, you will find bigger ones!
