I think its funny how a bad day, can be turned around into an amazing day, by just working out, and putting all of that anger into that workout. When I leave the gym, I want to feel like the weight has been lifted off my shoulders...I'm finding my workouts to be very therapeutic! I know I can keep this up, for the long run. This isn't just weight loss for me anymore, but much much more. This is who I am, who I was always supposed to be!
Motivation for the week: Before you judge those who are committed to the gym as self-centered or superficial, realise that for many of us, the gym is our escape, our sanity, and a place where we work. Not only on becoming stronger physically, but mentally as well.
