2015 Weigh in - Week 9

Start weight when my weight loss journey began in June 2014: 114.7kg
Now 83.5
Lost so far: 31.2kg
Lost on Duromine: 19.6kg

700g lost this week. Not as much as before, but still a loss, and any loss is a great loss right? Still going strong with my exercise and eating plan :) I think its funny how a bad day, can be turned around into an amazing day, by just working out, and putting all of that anger into that workout. When I leave the gym, I want to feel like the weight has been lifted off my shoulders...I'm finding my workouts to be very therapeutic! I know I can keep this up, for the long run. This isn't just weight loss for me anymore, but much much more. This is who I am, who I was always supposed to be!

Motivation for the week: Before you judge those who are committed to the gym as self-centered or superficial, realise that for many of us, the gym is our escape, our sanity, and a place where we work. Not only on becoming stronger physically, but mentally as well.

Wow 31.2,kg loss is amazing congratulations well done.:) Keep going strong you are such an inspiration :)I have been off track for weeks, slowly getting back I love being in control of my life... Food has ruled me for so many years. Duromine gave me my life back well helped :p I really like your motivation for the week I really want to continue my journey & beat the crap fat gene which makes me not care about myself:(........thanks big girl :)& have a fantastic week wishing you & me a lighter scale for our next weight in ;)
