I haven't been on here for a while because i was becoming toooo obsessed with losing weight and numbers and food n cooking etc..It began to feel depressing
..like it was taking over my life so i took a step back and slowed down a little.
Cut gym back to 3-4 days a week and treating myself here and there to a naughty delish. seems to be able to be doing the trick as I'm not feeling so ..."taken over" by this whole lifestyle change.
I fall off the wagon here and there but i don't feel so pressured because i know that as long as i get back on that wagon that i will get to my goal eventually.
Slow and steady wins the race....
