7 weeks and 3 days in and I'm 8.5kg down !!!

I haven't been on here for a while because i was becoming toooo obsessed with losing weight and numbers and food n cooking etc..It began to feel depressing
..like it was taking over my life so i took a step back and slowed down a little.
Cut gym back to 3-4 days a week and treating myself here and there to a naughty delish. seems to be able to be doing the trick as I'm not feeling so ..."taken over" by this whole lifestyle change.

I fall off the wagon here and there but i don't feel so pressured because i know that as long as i get back on that wagon that i will get to my goal eventually.

Slow and steady wins the race....

GR8 JOB !!! it is good to step away, from time to time, had to do the same, with my blogging, I was waking up every morning and first thing was coffee, then Duromine blogs , to see what everyone is doing and what I can do to improve and do and it does become overwhelming, and obsessive, we need to balance our lives in every way, hahaha .. good for you for stepping away for a little while, now you sound focussed again, and you doing so well !!, you really look gr8, not much to shape up girl !! just the tummy to tone and and a little on your legs, other than that you look fab!!!after having a baby !!,and you will get to goal weight , no doubt about ,thank you for sharing and showing us your progress in the flesh !!! keep reaching for that goal ,and enjoy your delish meals ..

Im so sorry. I had no idea people had replied to my blog entries. Im back after 2 years and am reading through everything now. Thank u for ur comments .
