So far i have been doing good, i had few ups and downs, currently i am on a low carb diet because i suffer from PCOS. I cut back on my carbs just recently, and i can tell a difference i am glad that i went to see a Endocrinologists that was suggested by my Gp, she explained to me what i have to do and that my body doesnt know how to process carb . So i took her advice and strated to cut of carbs and to my suprise it help me to speed up my weightloss, Duromine is great but you still gotta be on your "own" diet whatever works for you. I am just sharing my story so far, i have been 4 weeks on Duromine i lost 8 kg, this morning the scale showed those magic numbers another 1 kg lost, Wow i am just so happy.
Hope you all stick to your diet , because thats the number one rule its what you put in your mouth treat your body like a tempel dont feed it junk food , eat healthy move around nothing happenes overnight. Day by day take it slowly have your ground rules be strong and never give up.
