Hi everyone
well i hope someone missed me , lol i miss myself having little bubs is 24hr around a clock job that sometimes you forget about things and everything else. My little one finally got his upper teeth , gosh i didt sleep more then 10 days and of course not enough sleep isnt good for your body . Now i understand why it is so hard to lose weight after pregnancy not only are your hormones out of weck but your body shape isnt the same and then when you try so hard to lose it , it gets harder and harder. Those who know me personally and here on the blog i am not making excuses to sit and do nothing. But not enough sleep wont get me anywhere , but right now my little one setteled a bit so i can pick up where i left off, that means these kilos gotta go i havent weigh myself more then 10 days my diet was allright during those tough days . Now i wanner kick start my metabolism and i really have to push to get down to 65 kg, hope that i will have some restfull days , just gotta say you need need and gotta have your sleep that way everything will function the way it should. I will update everything in a weeks time , hope that my weight will go down. Good luck to you all have a great weekend, and if iam not around its because i am really busy but iam still going and i will keep going no matter what. No excuses Just commitment!!!!
