Morning All,
I thought about this for a while, I have previously added my before and in progress photo's but I haven't done it in a while so I am going to share with you my current weight loss pics.

I also had a quick weight in this morning. Another 0.3 gone since Tuesday.

Thank you Kate. I am very proud of myself. When I look at the first set of photo's I still can't believe that I allowed myself to get to that point. I keep wearing the same outfit as I want to feel the difference in the clothing as I take the pics. The shorts have become so big that I have to fold them double just to stay up.
