Been on duromine for a week today and did my first weigh in this morning. SW- 103kg CW- 98.5kg GW- 75kg First week has been great with a weight lose of 4.5kilos. I couldn't be happier with my progress

Today I started duromine for the first time. I am quite heavily overweight from having my 2 kids and then going through a personal loss were I comfort are a lot. I have 30kilos to loose and I am very hopeful ☺️ wish me luck
