Been a challenging week indeed, No D .. less water, meaning not Extra ,{still drinking 8 glasses a day},sleeping 8-10 hours this whole week .... Not a fatigued today ,as a few days ago...So focussed , which I am loving right now... Jumped on the treadmill, upped my game, did 50 minutes, hills and flats, INTERVALS, pushed myself to place mentally and physically I thought was not possible, hahaha!!... totally sopping wet from sweat !! hahaha ... GR8 feeling ,achieved much ..May it continue to only get better from here on ...Tomorrow is weigh in and measurements, feeling pretty certain , measurements will be good, weight on scale, not sure, will keep you posted ... Got some new mini goals lined up for week 9 , in my exercise routine, my calorie intake and whether to go back onto D ...HAVE A SUPER THURSDAY EVERYONE !!!......
