Im on day 3 and my appetite is back
I feel lighter though and love the fact that I thirst. But my body VIBRATES when I try to sleep:(

I have had the pills but do not hv the courage to take the first pill. I eat like crazy and I gain weight like a balloon. I sometimes work night shift so wont it affect my sleep? Help
