Buzzing!!!

Day 2 and I have been buzzing all day - very little appetite and thirsty. I did a 50 minute swim today and my heart fe,t like it was going to burst out of my chest cavity. It feels like a bit of a high - but a twitchy high??!! Anyone else relate?
Not a bad start - hope I can go to sleep tonight
