Day fifty three on Duramine (metermine) 40mgs-
Had a left over chicken shazlik for breakfast. Spent the morning cleaning and ate 4 rashers of picnic bacon for lunch. Did the Leslie Sansone Wednesday workout while was only 1 mile (1.6km) and then after sitting down for 45 minutes i started feeling guilty about such a short workout, so i then commenced with the Thursday workout. That was 2 miles (3.2km). Face looked less like a baboons backside today
still worked up a sweat but the 4 mile (6.4km) definitely packs a bigger punch.. Tomorrow i think i will dive right into the Friday 5 mile (8km) workout or else do an hour of zumba/ dance and throw my muscles into a state of confusion
. For tea tonight i had spaghetti bog sans pasta. No fruit, juice or other sugary carb type snacks and fillers- yay me. Had 2.5 litres water today. Doing a roast tomorrow so will have to be ever diligent around the potatoes. Lil man loves his mash so i may do a small mash taters for him as i find them easier to resist than scrummy seasoned roast potatoes and really why continue to test myself
. Still a bit apprehensive about weigh in on Thursday but i suppose i will be until it comes and goes and surely i would have lost SOMETHING in the last month. Any ways I'll write off now so i can play with my lil boy til i need to read to him and tuck him into bed.
