Hi Everyone !!!
I am so glad this week is over.. worst week out of the 7 weeks thus far, in terms of WATER, FRUIT,EXERCISE,HEADSPACE,AND SLEEP ....
Water ,I usually LOVE my water, and being on D40mg, it became I NEED water ,LOL thirsty non stop ..but this cold weather change ,took my desire for it away, causing me to have fog brain, because I was dehydrated and causing me to be constipated too ..
Fruit, NON existent this week, had no desire to eat, or want anything SWEET at all not even "natural" sweet ...
Exercise, oh my goodness, after a gr8 week last week of real hard work outs with gr8 success and sleeping patterns, to crashing down ,and two steps backwards ,on such low energy levels to exercise ...
Sleep, what sleep? ..4 T0 5 HOURS of sleep is not good for me at all, if I want to exercise hard and for long periods at a time, as well as function like a normal human being, and it messes with my appetite big time !!!... I had this very weird NEED for PROTEIN ..{CHICKEN IN PARTICULAR }hahaha.. I ate two chicken breasts each night, and two eggs each morning on the same days ...
Headspace ,well we all know if ones headspace is not balanced, the rest of the things mentioned above just come crashing down and cause one to have a very unproductive, disappointing end week goal result indeed
.... I was feeling very melancholy /nostalgic this week, which was a first for me in 7 weeks on D.... compared to my usual feeling of "up and go !!, energizer bunny,out of body experience " mode, lol ...
BUT not all is lost... I weighed in today, and yes a total of 200 g only for the week, but as some special people here have mentioned often on this forum , "a loss is a loss " I am glad it is a loss, but it is 100g away from where I wanted to be even for a bad week, I now weigh 100.1kg .. can you believe it .. that 100g is messing with me on so many levels ,lol ....Any way, just wanted to share by ghastly week of NEW challenges ..Who knew there would be NEW challenges after 7 weeks ,so we learn ... upward and onward I GO ..TO REACH MY GOAL ...May you all have success this week, may you all have a gr8 weekend....chat soon .....
