Am a little late with my update am on week 5
I went for my weigh in and now weigh 80.2kg
So I have lost nearly 9 kgs
So I have lost 9 kgs!!
Pretty happy with that, probably could of been more if I ate a lot better but like I said I have been weight training and I have toned a lot, with weight training I have been eating carbs as you do need them when doing that kind of exercise on the non weight training days I do not have as much carbs just in the morning, and I find it hard to eat much still, D definetly is helping me, I am only going to do 3 mths on it.
Anyway I am happy , hope everyone is going well, I haven't been on here awhile I have some reading and catching up with you wonderful ladies xx.
