Hello,
I've been looking at posts on a fitness sub-reddit and it's great there. It was about 3 hours til I was going to get home the other day and I wanted to do exercise and work out, which is great. By the time I got home I was too tired and didn't do it, but I was happy to at least be thinking about it. I have some races in just over a month so I HAVE to start training soon, so I'm pretty happy.
It's day 10 and already lost 6.8 Kgs. If I am able to maintain this level of weight loss I will be really happy because by the time 1 year (from when I first decided to do something about my weight) is up I'll have hopefully lost 35 Kgs. If I do manage to keep up this great level of loss, which may work especially if I start working out in the third week, my weight will be at 69Kgs (BMI 27) about 1 week away from my three months being up. If this does happen and I manage to have three months on the pill and drop down by that much, then I plan on asking my doctor for the 15mgs, of which I will take one every day for a week, then every second day, then every third day, then stop. That way I hopefully wont have any rebound weight but if I do then it will hopefully be minimal at only 1 Kg or 2.
I'm very happy with my progress so far. I bought some Crazy good scales that measure a lot of things and looking at the scaled percentage I can see that my body fat % is going down. I can also see that my muscle is gaining along with my water weight which in both cases is good. Hopefully on the weekend or Monday I will have some more energy and start training for my races.
Oh! I almost forgot, I was feeling depressed and like no one loved me. In that state of mind I didn't go to the doctor about it, but I'm happy to say that those feelings are all gone. I feel like I'm starting to be my old self again. YAY!
