Day 10

I missed an entry on Day 9 because I forgot to take the pill. Coupled with the fact that I had a social dinner planned, I decided not to log it in.

sleep: based on my fitbit, my sleep was restless, i still had 6.5hours of sleep but i woke up ALOT.

food:
assorted fruit, bowl of fried rice, two lattes, big bunch of steamed broccoli, chicken thigh, 1/2 cup of rice

mood:
pretty good.

official weekly weight:
80kg (On day 9, my weight in was 79.7kg! but it's popped back to 80kg)

exercise:
walked to work (2km) and walked dog twice. (13+k steps based on fitbit)

This week has been disappointing in terms of exercise. Hopefully I can redeem myself on the weekend.
