sleep: again, an unrestful night's sleep. I didn't have this issue in week 1 so perhaps, it's the difference between working out and not working out cos' I only logged in one workout this week. I find that before bedtime, I am sorta of sleepy but if I don't go to sleep right then, I come out of it and it's hard to fall asleep for hours after.

food:
2 slices of bread with peanut butter, latte, chicken breast with broccoli, cherry tomatoes for dinner and a mini magnum ice-cream.

mood:
okay.

exercise:
zilcho apart of walking to work. still hit my 10K steps though.

bleargh. i've decided that i'll figure out a way to work out on Monday because, not working out isn't really helping how I feel.
