I forgot to take duromine in the morning and decided not to take it because, it'll definitely affect my sleep later.

end of the day thoughts: what a terrible day for eating. I ate two of my 3 meals socially and that's my weakness. I eat even when I'm not hungry. at least I can recognise it now. tomorrow is a new day.

sleep:
it hasn't improved. it's not bad, i still get between 5-7hours of sleep but it's just not restful sleep.

food:
potato fritters with poached eggs, latte, granola clusters with 1/2 cup of soy milk, cheese and crackers, lasagna, 1.5 mini tarts, espresso.

mood: okay.

official weekly weight:
79kg (!!!!!! Not sure where the .5kg went, still not complaining!)

exercise:
I woke up with horrible lower back muscle spasms so I've taken Voltarin and holding off on working out for today. Maybe in the evening if I'm better.

Hi Aurora.. i almost forgot mine today.. 9.38am.. took it.. hence its now 11pm and i am wide awake... lol
