My routine has been busted all to hell these past few days. It's school holidays and my in-laws are staying, so it's hard to find the time to get on the walker. Eating has been fine. Don't think I'm on track for a huge loss this week, though.
The good thing is, I was lazy/busy and skipped my 'workout' on Sunday, then couldn't do it on Monday, and I was fanging to get on the dreadmill yesterday. Couldn't wait. Jumped on for half an hour when I got home from work (felt guilty leaving my mother in law with the kids any longer than that, since she'd had them all day) and I felt soooo much better afterwards. It's such a simple lesson but I seem to have to re-learn it constantly: Exercise makes me feel good. Duh.
I know I've only dropped about 5kg, but I'm seeing the difference, mainly in the shrinking of my double chin. So there's that. And I foresee a day when my collarbones will be visible again. Lol.
