I am new here and I just thought I would note my journey as other blogs have helped me make my decision on duromine.
So I have 2 kids and after my second I put on a lot of weight. I went from 58kg to 86kg
I lost a 5.5kg on my own with eating but hadn't had the ok to exercise.
I recently started going bushwalking and it gave me motivation to do more.
The reason I went on duromine is because I eat healthy but my husband snacks at night (I always cave) I can't get him out of this habbit so I need to try train myself to say no.
So here goes I started on 30mg yesterday
SW - 81.5kg
