So I am currently on day 2 of duromine on the lowest dosage.
I currently haven't felt any side affects, maybe a slight increase in energy levels, and feels like my heart is beating a bit faster at times, but thats really it.
I am 21 years old and struggled with weight my entire life. I currently workout 3-4, one of those with a personal trainer, these work outs are not highly strenuous for multiple reasons, but I try to include small amount of high intensity.
I don't eat overly bad food, but I am by no means perfect, savoury foods are my weakness. I currently weigh 111kg and am 5'10. I seem to have stayed around this weight for the past 3 years, have gained and lost but this seems to be the stable weight.
Im mainly just after people stories, along the lines of success, struggles, how much weight you have lost and how quickly it happened or didn't happen.
Any tips to assist or what can help?
I am by no means after a quick fix, and know it is a long process.
