So here we are on day 2. I am beyond tired! Talk about broken sleep from needing to pee and then being wide away from 4:15am! I know this won't last too long I just need to get through the first week. Eating breakfast was very hard this morning, I physically did not want to eat but I knew I had to. I am so tired today but I've kept myself busy so I do not have to concentrate on it. I've been to the gym, saw a my Pastor and worked... I had a friend over for dinner, the kids have been to gymnastics and dance. Tomorrow I will try a lot harder with my food because eating today was a huge chore. I am excited for my weigh in on Monday, I'm praying that I've lost some weight!!!
