DAY 2 and I woke up with a bit of a headache.. I still find myself feeling hungry buy cravings are definetly not as strong and often as they were. (My main reason for being over weight.) Decidea I would weigh in weekly starting weight yesterday was 87.2 kg height 155cms..
Have increased my water intake and make it a point to eat I noticed it doesn't take much to make me feel full usually I would have bread with every meal to get full. Have started keeping a diary of my food intake and exercise.. looking forward to Monday to see what my results are like for week 1..
