So day 2 and things are going really well!
Loss of appetite is definitely noticeable but it’s really enabled me to stick to a healthy diet today!
I started off with a 9am antigravity yoga that was absolutely amazing! Ate really well, cleaned my house then took my dog for a walk. All round a super productive day and healthy loving it and no noticeable side affects which is a pleasant surprise!
Looking forward to a weigh in. Thinking I might leave it for 2 weeks though as I don’t want to get disheartened. What is everyone elses thoughts on that?
