Day 2 (27/06/18)
So day Two was very similar to day One. No side effects at all which i have to say is nice, but a little disappointing as i was really hoping for the extra energy everyone else has.
I have also been able to sleep both night's with ease. No laying awake!
It did however really supress my appetite, yesterday was a really busy day and before i knew it, it was 2:30pm and i hadnt eaten anything. I forced my self to have a yoghurt tho
Food:
Protien yoghurt
Pumpkin, risoni and broc, caul & carrot.
2 paddle pop ice creams.
Total calories = 548
I know the small amount of calories is bad, i will try and up them in the coming days.
As i said in my last post, i weigh my self daily to keep myself honest with my food and water intake
SW: 111.4
CW: 109.0
Lost: 2.4kg
GW: 80kg
So another loss of 1.1kg is fantastic!! And i am extremely happy with it
June last year, i started counting calories and doing 5km walks most days. By December i had lost 16.4kg (108.6 down to 92.2) but after my Grandma passed in October, i found myself always making excuses, so i was loosing then gaining.
Recently, i just have been in a terrible rut. Home life is a little bit stressful with 2 kids (one we are trying to get assessed for sensory processing disorder and she has surgery in 8 days to have her adnoids and tonsils removed + bilateral grommet insertion) and a partner working full-time. Again i found myself making even more excuses. I put back on all my weight i had lost + an extra 2.8kg and just couldn't stop the binge eating. It wasnt until a child at my eldest daughter's daycare asked if there was a baby in my tummy, that it really sunk in just how big i had gotten again. Kids and no filters
So here i am, going to work it all back off and try my damn hardest to keep it off.
