Day 2....

So yesterday went really well, had no craving at all :p . I did still get hungry at times but a small nibble on a piece of fruit helped and only 1 or two piece and I felt full. I did some research on the Ultima 1 number one weightless and energy shakes and it seems great so I baught it . I’m having it for breakfast and supper one serving contains 110 calories but it really fills you up, and has all the minerals and nutrients to keep you going and help that you dont lose any muscle tissue. In-between the shakes ill have some yogurt and fruit. -for Lunch im Having some cheese and provitas( battling with the water though but had 1L yesterday.
I don’t have any major side effects I feel quite normal( I’ll ask my fiancé to let me know if he thinks I’m changing-but I doubt I will ** Mind over Matter as they say***):laughing:
I’ll keep you updated on my progress and how I’m feeling as I go.
