Hi, day 2 at work was a bit difficult but no buying of junk food or snacking...have to attend my 1st function .. its braai day this week , so not sure how strong I will be but very determined to not cheat and thinking to buy non alcohol beer so that I wont feel out of place not having a drink and dont really want people to know my journey just yet as I started this week .
Any tips on how to handle going to party's while doing this ?

)))) Parties are good!
If you are so afraid of being 'not normal' without soft drinks ..then mix couple of shakes based on fruit juice and put there more ice, or little bit of soda + colored syrups like grenadine, to make it look like alcohol drink. Although all the listed above contain lots of calories... But alcohol should not be mixed with Duromine. It's up to you.
P.S. Alcohol-free beer contains the same amount of calories as alcohol beer. And it is among the most high-calorie drink by the way.

Thanks so much Kate, what other options do I have besides water as even juice is high in sugar...I hope that I do not mess up my day 4 tomorow... and able to rerefain from snacking temptation...
