Mini goal 1: 70kg by April 1 I didn't weigh myself on on April 1, but I was at 69.8 on March 31
New Mini goal 2: 65kgs by April 30
I have not been able to update in awhile, but it is now Day 23 and I have lost 4.6kg. I am quite happy with the results so far. Some people I don't see very often have commented.
Side effects observations. Sleeping patterns are still off, but I am sleeping better than 3 hours now. Last Friday after not taking Duromine on Thursday, I still felt a slight buzz but not as much. This week was even less. My mouth is also feeling less furry but I have noticed that I have been grinding my teeth more often and clenching my jaw. I think my appetite is still lower, and I am eating less , but definitely not as strong as the first week.
Going to continue with this same routine. However, i have noticed that I am starting to get relaxed about food so need to stay strict again.
My meals change up, but it's been something like:
Breakfast: Overnight oats with chia seeds, almonds, blueberries and cashew butter.
Lunch: Either vietnamese roll or sushi
Dinner: always changes. Sometimes eggs, sometimes salmon, sometimes steak.
Exercise: still exercising at least 4 days a week. Knee's still really bad and my shoulders are aching and clicking again which I suspect is from boxing.
Updated: side effects - Bowel movement only once, if I'm lucky twice a week. I'm not uncomfortable, and this was my normal routine when I was younger. However, I would prefer to go more often. Might add some benefiber to oats tomorrow.
