Day 24 or something like that

Hi all,
I weighed in at 71kg this morning, so have lost 9kgs all up - which I am happy about. I haven't been here for a bit as my father has been diagnosed with mesothelioma and it seems to be in its advanced stages which is very sad. Not quite sure where to from here - have to go to the hospital again today for his liver test. Hope you are doing well and keeping motivated!
