well thank god easter has been and gone
My husband and I went away for 5 days over Easter so I decided have a couple of days of Eating, Drinking and being Merry with my family(went away with 2 of my sisters and their families)
I put on just over 3 kgs in that time :-( But knew that I would
We've been home for 3 nights now and ive gone for walks, used the exercise bike for half hour each night and watched what ive eaten and ive already lost over a kilo
