Hi everyone yesterday was good I went to the gym and done fitball
was a good workout but didn't seem to get me sweating like the ones I do at home :-/ I had apples and lamb and veggies for dinner with mushrooms and red onion.. I am cutting out sauces which will be hard as I used to love BBQ sauce in everything!! I also decided when I do my shopping this week ill be getting all healthy and wholesome foods and am also introducing homemade snacks for my kids... As I want this to be a good change for my whole family
I'm quiet excited and so is my 5yr old daughter because she gets to help me make them! I also wrote a meal plan for the next week last night with dinners with 300 calories or less I feel very organised
