Day 5, 6 & 7.
So day 4 night (Saturday) i ended up eating way more then i i should have. I was so rushed that day. I had done a 5km walk by 8am. Came home had breakfast and got my house and children organised. I then left the house at 1:45pm and i had forgotten lunch. By 3pm i wasnt feeling to good and ended up eating some hot chips. And then dinner again at disney on ice with my daughter.
I didnt weigh myself until Monday, i had lost 200g so i was happy with that
I weighed myself today (tuesday) and down another 300g, bringing my total loss for the first 7 days to 3.7kg.
I still have no side effects and im still sleeping like normal
Sw: 111.4
Cw: 107.7
Loss: 3.7kg
Goal: 80kg
So overall i am pretty happy with the first weeks loss, i know that it could have been more if i didnt over eat on Saturday. But it was a rare occurrence to go to something like that with my daughter
