Ok guys! I’m in a little disbelief this morning!

I’ve lost 3.1kgs!!!!!!!!! And 17cms in total!!!

That’s insane!

I’m absolutely stoked! I was super nervous getting on because I wanted to scales to reflect my hard work so badly and now they have! Feeling very proud!

Here’s an update on my stats:

Starting weight - 109kgs
Current weight - 105.9
Height - 170cm
Starting BMI - 37.7
BMI - 36.3
Total whole body measurements lost - 17cms

3.1kgs closer to my goal!

Yayyyyyyy!!!!! That's a crazy amount to lose in one week. Go you! You've obviously been doing everything right on the food and exercise front. How exciting to see all your hard work pay off. I'm also in my first week - day 4 - I'm looking forward to my weigh in with the nurse on Thursday as so far so good. Your start's an inspiration. Keep up the fantastic progress.

Thanks everyone. I’m still reeling for the results! I tried for a whole month being super good and I put on 1kg so I’m stocked I can’t get that in 1 week!!

On the downside I was going well the day after weigh in until that night when I came down with a bad throat infection. Fell off the wagon for 2 days but I got back to eating great today and I’m already feeling better! Never gotten over a bad sickness so quick! Hopefully it’s a sign of better health :)

That's great Emtime that you got back on the wagon after just a couple of days. It always makes it tricky when something like getting sick knocks you off track. But if within a few days you can get back on track again it's all good, because that's real life - and good practice for when you come off Duromine. I'm day 8 now, going great, and feeling so much more confident that I'm going to achieve my goal and keep it off. Look forward to hearing more from you.
