Well back from my weekend in melbourne with no damage done. All i felt like on saturday was a roast beef subway. Did have a few glasses of bubbly at the casino but nothing else. then sunday on the plane home i had half a chicken wrap. Didnt eat anything else for the 2 days. My partner is away for work this week so im going to take advantage of not having to cook his meals and stick to my eating plan. Having great sleep now...no more sleepless nights tossing and turning.Im also not going to weigh myself till friday as i was becoming a bit obsessed with the scales. Its easy to become disheartened when we dont see a loss every day...which is silly as our weight does fluctuate daily.Im going to try my MOTIVATION dress on friday to see if im any closer to getting the zipper up!
