sleep: sleep was horrible, i woke up at 3.30am and could not get back to sleep no matter how hard I tried. I'd attribute it to work stress.

food:
1/2 bagel with strawberry jam, latte, small cheese scones, a muffin, 1/2 chicken wrap, slice of watermelon

mood:
ok, attended a work related seminar and it was of a distressing nature so, it wasn't much fun

official weekly weight:
80kg (!!!!!! Not sure where this came from, not complaining! I hope it stays!)

exercise:
not sure yet apart from my twice a day dog walk and pottering around.
