I am on Duromine 15mg now for 8 days i lost 5kg in 6 days i am so proud of my self. My weight was 104 kg when i started and on day 6 99kg. I am going to weigh myself in 4 days from now to see how much i lost. My ideal weight will be 55 kg.

Thats fantastic @Dea you are going so well!

Don't forget to take your measurements too, as the weeks you don't lose as much you will definitely find that your body shape is changing.

Remember focus on each and every achievement even if they are only little :)

Thanks Rava. Today is day 12 and i lost so far 9 kg. I am super proud of myself
