well another day down !
Yesterday I don't think I ate enough but was busy as usual with kids stuff.
Breakfast: 2 pieces whole meal toast with vegemite
Lunch: a piece of lettuce and capsicum ... Yep busy day
Dinner: Three cups Pauls low fat custard and oat bran
Drank a lot of water and coffee but not finding the dry mouth bad really so that's good
I did have plans for a nice salad and meat BUT my girls got their braces off and wanted to cook something ... Burritos!! Yeah I didn't want that.
Today WILL try and eat more!!
Done half an hour on treadmill and paying for it today with a sore hip Getting old doesn't help!
Sleep was ok , fell asleep about 1 and woke every hour again in hot sweats and tugging on my piercings! Not sure what's the story with doing that but my new piercings are hating me for it!!
Loss the morning 800grams so total so far 2.4kgs
