Disappointing Results

Hi everyone.
I've just completed week 2 and am feeling a little disappointed.
The first week I lost 2.4 and this week just 0.2.
I've been really good, no alcohol, eating regular small portions, exercising 6 out of 7 days.
Wondering if this is really worth it?

A loss is a loss so yey! 2.4gs is really healthy for 2 weeks as you only meant to lose around 500g a week. Just keep at it, what I keep reminding myself is a little will all add up. Every week is different but just keep going you will see progress.

Hello Vamp Girl. Layla is absolutely right. Any loss is still a loss, and not a plus. I am sure you will see a good progress. Your body is shocked right now… you might try counting the exact amounts of calories you consume daily. If you can do it, please do so and we’ll see how it goes then. What exercises did you choose, and, first of all, what is your weight? I have no idea where you start and where you are heading to. One more question… when are your days due?

Let’s go straight ahead, not a step back, and, please, leave the doubts. Be sincere with yourself and do everything correctly! Focus and get to your goal. Fingers crossed for your success. Have a great day and smile more! Positive attitude does miracles. ;)))

Hi April.
My start weight was 82.4kg. My goal weight is 60kg. I weighed this morning (day 15) and now have a total loss of 3.7kg - feeling positive again.
Exercise wise - I see an exercise physiologist twice a week and 3 days a week I do 30 mins walking on the treadmill at between 5.5 and 6 km per hour.
(I don't have "days" - that ship sailed long ago).

Hello! Ha! This is great! I am happy your current weight brought you back to the excited side. Crisis avoided, let’s go further! You are doing great with exercises, and I notice you eat often during the day. So, everything should go nice and smooth. You should keep in mind that our weight can jump here and there even during the day, let alone longer periods of time. The result will actually be seen when you get to the end of week 4. I am sure you will have a very good result. You are very committed to the process. Way to go! Have a wonderful day and a great mood!
