hi hi i try to avoid sugar and eat small meals. if u dont eat u dont lose. i try to exercise 15min a day. i didnt eat much meat this month but lots of fruit.

Hi there, That's great I just lost 4.6 kg in one month and half . I have not take D regularly though and I could say I have lost most of it myself with healthy eating. You should update your CW, as it is written 117 kg which minus 121 is only 4 kg lost. While you say you have lost 14 kg. people weight updates are just encouraging

Hey honey, speak to your dr or pharmacist. I was told i could take cold and flu meds because i do not suffer from heart palpitations. Worth looking into.

hi hi im sick again and depressed but holding on and know God will pull me through. wasnt great month and half. stil down to 102kg from 123 wish i can get under 100.

Next weigh in, you will have the results you want. Work hard, eat clean and regularly. Keep hydrated. You CAN do this! !
