Day 2-
Weight: 102.9kg, remains unchanged
I feel great. I have more energy and I have a decreased appetite which is great. I have been having healthy food today so hope to get some results soon. Fingers crossed as I am on lyrica which has caused me to gain weight so I am hoping it won't interfere with my weight loss attempt.
