Hi All
So I just finished my first pack and buying the next, tomorrow, Sunday. I won't lie the first pack I had my up and down weeks and could hardly bring myself to step on the scale to watch my weight loss due to fear cause the last time I weighed myself before starting I was 96 or something.
I know I've had some weight loss as some clothes fit loosely now and I've got some feedback from the boyfriend and the forever criticising mother about the slight difference. But it's time I kick out the on again off again mood so here's the plan!:
I've bought a waist trainer (for workout times)
Joining the gym tomorrow (I've gone a few times using a free coupon)
Back to my morning walks
Back to no more than 2 Slices of bread a day
Cooking again
I won't lie I look good and I am in love with the changes but I know I can do better (we can do better)
Good habits I've picked up include:
Drinking water 2litres or more a day
Less appetite
watching what I eat (could be better)
So yeah, please stay with me and help me stay on the straight
