First day week 11

:rolleyes: Feeling very happy with my progress so far ... Have completed my exercise walking moderate pace up hill for 40 mins , I didn't really want to do it this morning and had to push myself.... I have a million other things I need to do like the last 2 assignments .... Finishing the prep at the restaurant for gorgeous 50 th party on Friday night I'm hoping he will enjoy it I ordered a big cake which is a bottle of bundy rum lol:p Hope he likes it ..it's ok it's my fav choc caramel mud cake with fudge icing ...:eek: OMG what was I thinking :oops: I won't have any lol .. It's a real bummer I won't have any champers and will probably eat the anti pesto platter & may some chilli prawns oh yeah and maybe some brusetta lol .... Bugger being a fatty it sucks :( ...you know what I have been good for sooooo long well it feels like it... I am just going to eat what want and have small portions .. And not stress about it.. I need have fun too & not be the party pooper. How is everyone else coping with attending parties.. Wishing everyone lighter scales have a fabulous week stay motivated be kind to yourselves :):):)

Just discovered the blogs on this site (I rarely get much time on the computer, so am usually really rushed) and I had to read from start to finish ofcourse!
Wow, you're doing so well, great work keeping on track and you've had excellent losses. Keep up the great work and you'll be at your goal before you know it!

Don't worry about weight loss at the 50th. You have been doing this for weeks now. You should naturally make smaller choices. I had a couple of events in the past week and could not have over indulged the way I used to if I had tried.
Saying that.... make sure you add in a couple of extra exercises sessions or a few days of eating lighter, if you feel that you have overdone it a little. ONE night is not going to send you off the rails and you deserve to enjoy it, just make sure that it is only one night and not several.

Thanks Sharon your right.. I probably won't be able to eat much anyway lol I have been exercising every day this week and have stuck to under the 1000 cals.. I'm just a bit concern cause my weigh in day is Sunday party is Friday night ... So I'm thinking I might weigh in on Monday just to give me that extra day ... Do you think that's cheating ...mmmmm or should I just suck it up and weigh in on Sunday .....writing this down makes me laugh you know what I'm going to just weigh in on Sunday ...:rolleyes: And suffer the conceqences :p
