Age: 19
Starting Weight: 87kgs
Current Weight: 83kgs
Goal: 60kgs
I went to the doctors today to get weighed and checked up on. I'm so happy that I've lost my first 4kgs! The past week has been very tiring. I tried very hard to eat the first few days but I couldn't, only by the fourth day did I start eating a meal or two. I counted calories with the calorie app and managed about 650-700 calories a day. I didn't exercise because I was always tired after work and I would have broken sleep where I would wake up every 2 hours throughout the night. I'm managing to get more sleep, but like I said, I constantly wake up. I also find that I get bad headaches when I'm in the car and especially in the evening. On a more positive note, although I get quite emotional, I have not been experiencing any bad mood swings where I yell and argue at other people. After reading a very insightful comment, I'm planning to lower my expectations because I do tend to get over excited and then when I'm disappointed, I get very unmotivated. I'm hoping to lose only 1-2 kgs for the coming weeks and I'll need to go buy a measuring tape instead of relying on the scale.
