Fit before 50 WEEK 2

I went back to the doctors today to get the results from my blood tests and scans:eek: wow

I had the scan on my back because i have so much pain, hurts to walk, sit and stand. It seems i have Mild Osteo arthritis in my L5/S1.
Low iron
Something going on with my thyroid
High cholesterol
Pre diabetic and just to top it off
I'm going through menopause o_O
So in 6 weeks time i have to go back and have another battery of tests and see if anything has changed.

Food today

Breakfast
1 cup cornflakes
1/4 cup milk

Lunch
1 orange

Dinner
1 chop
1 boiled potato in jacket
peas and corn (tin)

Weight loss for the week
2.1 kg
